FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How fast is "Pressed On Time"?
We live up to our name! For local Vancouver, WA pick-up, most orders are ready within 1–2 hours if placed before 2 PM (Mon-Fri). Shipping orders usually head out the same or next business day. You’ll get a text or email the second your order is ready!
2. What file types do you accept for custom designs?
To get the best print, we require PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI. If your file has a background (like a white box), it will print that way! We recommend double-checking your files before uploading.
3. Do I need a professional heat press to use your transfers?
While a professional heat press is recommended for the most even pressure and temperature, many of our "crafter" customers use a Cricut EasyPress with success! We provide easy-to-follow pressing instructions with every order to ensure your shirt looks perfect
4. How do I care for my custom apparel?
DTF transfers are incredibly durable (50+ washes!). To keep them looking brand new:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
- Avoid ironing directly on the design.
5. Can I bring my own shirts for you to press?
Yes! We are happy to press your designs onto garments you already own. Since every fabric is a little different, we don’t have a standard listing for this on the site. If you have a stack of shirts ready to go, just Contact Us with the quantity and fabric type (cotton, polyester, etc.), and we’ll give you a custom quote for the labor and transfers!
6. Where is local pick-up located?
We are located in Vancouver, WA. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with our specific pick-up instructions and address. It’s quick, easy, and saves you on shipping!
